49th Spring Quarterly Meeting Saturday March 9th, 2024 at 12 Noon - Guest program by Society President Tracy J. Houpt on "Early African American Settlers in Our Area." Meeting Location: White Settlement Senior Center, 8211 White Settlement Road, White Settlement, TX 76108. Select a five-member Nomination Committee to help find new officers including Society President. (Subject to change). Please bring a cold, cooked, baked or bought luncheon food item, your choice, for the refreshments table.
49th Annual Meeting Saturday May 18th, 2024 at 12 Noon - Guest program by Out-going Society President and Historian /Archivist Tracy J. Houpt on "The History and Culture of the Tonkawa Indians: One of the Tribes that lived in the area.". New officer elections including Society President for 2024-2025. 49th Winter Quarterly Meeting Saturday December 14th, 2024 at 12 Noon - Christmas Party, Christmas Carols and play a White Elephant Gift Exchange Game. Bring your favorite holiday food or snack plate to share for the refreshment table and an unwrapped bagged or boxed gift item to play the Exchange Game with the order of play determined by the drawing of numbers. (Subject to change)
Annual Memberships are available for $15 Family/Group and $10 Individual. Your application for membership will be voted on at the next scheduled Historical Society meeting.
