Join The Rampant Porch Lizards (Mike Sonntag, Barbara Arabian, Rafael Cordova and Penny Conn) for a free live set of Celtic music dating from the 1500's to the 1900's (Olde English, Welsh, Irish, Scottish & Early American) on Saturday, April 20th, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the Chambers Annex Building. (Celtic Players, date and time subject to change) There is no admission charge and all are welcome to attend.

49th ANNUAL MEETING. GUEST SPEAKER AND PROGRAM TO BE ANNOUNCED.

The White Settlement Historical Society will gather on Saturday,  June 1st at 12:00 Noon in the White Settlement Senior Services Center for its 49th Annual Meeting. The program includes a short business agenda, election of new officers including the position of Society President. Grateful thanks for a job well-done to outgoing President Tracy Jon Houpt who has served the Society for two years.

Society members, family, friends and the general public are invited to attend. Please bring a dish of your favorite luncheon food, snacks or dessert, whether cooked, baked or bought, your choice, to share out for the refreshments table.

Annual Society Memberships are available at $10 Single or $15 Family/Group. Funds help to sponsor the Society's Annual Brewer High School $500 College Scholarship to a graduating Senior in good standing affiliated by Society membership as well as maintain several local historic cemeteries like Thompson Public and other historically related activities.

49th Winter Quarterly Meeting, Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Short business agenda then adjourn to sing Christmas Holiday Carols, enjoy a bring-a-shared-dish holiday refreshment table and play the White Elephant Gift Exchange Game.
